Change of Name Deed

Changing your name as an adult can be done very quickly and easily.

If you wish to change your child’s name, however, then everyone who has Parental Responsibility for the child will need to agree.

In either case, provided there are no objections in the case of a child, our fee is fixed. We will prepare a formal Change of Name Deed to be signed and witnessed and provide you with certified copes for you to send to your doctor, dentist, bank etc.
